PARTICIPATION FEE:
Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Naira (₦2,500,000)
(We pegged the dollar at 800, Participants will pay any excess as at the time of travel)
Fee covers:
- Air Fare (return flight).
- Hotel Accommodation for all stay in Europe.
- Visa Application Processing Fee (including logistics)
- Conference Registration Fee Administrative Charges
- Tour fees Transportation within Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
Eligibility criteria for participation
This targets participants are expected to:
* Be an engineer in public or private sector
* MD/CEO of organization or Senior Staff of any organization
* Must commit to returning to Nigeria after the programme
*Must meet the Schengen Visa requirement
Travel dates:
Saturday 04 Nov : Departure from Nigeria
Sunday 12 Nov 2023: Arrival in Nigeria

Refund:
In event of Visa denial , participants will be refunded 90% of the participation fee. 10% will be for visa processing
In event of inability to travel after getting the visa, participants will only be refunded 70% of the participation fee.
