1. Birth certificate
2. Educational certifcates
3. Profesional Certificate of any professional body (NSE, COREN) if any
4. Personal bank statement for a minimum of 6 months with a cover letter from bank
5. Marriage certificate if married
6. Previous visa data page if any
7. International passport of at least 6 months duration
8. Employment letter if working
9. Letter of introduction from your employer if working or CAC documents if owner of business/company (Tax clearance must be submitted)
10. Payslip from your employer
14. And any other useful document in your possession to support your visa application
15. 4 digital photos with white background
16. Yellow cards from ministry of health
