Eligibility criteria for participation
This targets participants are expected to :
* Be an engineer in public or private sector
* MD/CEO of organization or Senior Staff of any organization
* Must commit to returning to Nigeria after the programme
*Must meet the Schengen Visa requirement
Cost coverage
Participation fee is one million naira five hundred thousand (1,500,000) and the fee covers the following
* International return ticket from and to Europe (Airline economy class airfare)
* Transportation for all through stay in Europe & all Logistics
* Accommodation (7 nights in Single room Hotel) and meals during the stay in Europe (Buffet breakfast only)
* Travel health insurance and Entrance fees for the fare and conference
* Visa processing fees and all other associated cost for visa procurement

05 November 2021: Departure

Refund
In event of Visa denial , participants will be refunded 90% of the participation fee. 10% will be for visa processing
In event of inability to travel after getting the visa, participants will only be refunded 70% of the participation fee.

Schengen Visa Requirement
1. Birth certificate
2. Educational certifcates
3. Profesional Certificate of any professional body (NSE, COREN) if any
4. Personal bank statement for a minimum of 6 months with a cover letter from bank
5. Marriage certificate if married
6. Previous visa data page if any
7. International passport of at least 6 months duration
8. Employment letter if working
9. Letter of introduction from your employer if working or CAC documents if owner of business/company (Tax clearance must be submitted)
10. Payslip from your employer
14. And any other useful document in your possession to support your visa application
15. 4 digital photos with white background
16. Yellow cards from ministry of health
